European Experience 9 Days – 8 Nights

Day 1: Arrive into Vienna
Begin your ‘European Experience’ Tour

Welcome to Vienna – capital of Austria. On arrival, you will be met by your Tour Manager / Local Representative outside the customs area, who will welcome you and take you to your hotel (Check-in time is after 3.00 pm).
Overnight at the hotel in Vienna.

Day 2: Guided City Tour of Vienna
Visit the Schonbrunn Palace

After a continental breakfast, we check-out and proceed on a guided panoramic city tour of Vienna. We drive on the Ring Boulevard and see the State Opera House, the Parliament, the City Hall and the Burgtheater. We, also make a photostop at the Hofburg-former winter residence of the Habsburg family and the Belvedere Palace-former summer residence of Prince Eugene.
Later, we visit the Schonbrunn Palace which was not only an imperial residence and the setting for countless festivities, but also a place where famous artists and craftsmen from many different epochs created interiors of great beauty. All the rooms in the palace have their own stories to tell, stories on the margins of great historical events which are indicative of the lifestyle, atmosphere and world view of the imperial era. Next, we drive to Salzburg.

Day 3: Guided Walking Tour of Salzburg
Visit Swarovski Crystal World
Orientation Tour of Innsbruck

After a continental breakfast, we check-out and proceed for a guided walking tour of Salzburg. See the birthplace of the legendary Mozart, the Mirabell Palace with its landscaped gardens and the Cathedral in the old town. Stroll along the Aldstadt, which was recently granted World Heritage Status by UNESCO. Next, we drive towards Wattens in Austria to visit the amazing Swarovski Crystal World. We, then continue our journey towards Innsbruck. See the ‘Golden Dachl’ – the Golden roof, an ornate Gothic balcony and a symbol of the city. Also see the Heiblinghaus, a building resembling a wedding cake. Overnight at the hotel in Innsbruck.

Day 4: Visit to Drubba in the Black Forest
Visit to Rhine Falls at Schaffhausen

After a continental breakfast, we check-out and journey to Switzerland through the famous Black Forest region of Germany. We stop at the Drubba Centre in the heart of the forest. Here you have an opportunity to buy Cuckoo clocks & other souvenirs. Next, we journey to Switzerland known for its spectacular mountain scenery, sparkling lakes and folklore traditions. At Schaffhausen, see the mighty Rhine Falls, Europe’s most powerful waterfalls. You have free time to admire the thundering beauty of the falls. Overnight at the hotel in Zurich / Central Switzerland.

Day 5: Day Free
Suggested Excursion: Jungfraujoch with Lunch and Interlaken

After a continental breakfast, the day is free OR we suggest a visit to Jungfraujoch and picturesque Interlaken. Our scenic drive to Lauterbrunnen, from where we board a train to Jungfraujoch the highest altitude railway station in Europe at 11,333 ft. takes us along lovely lakes and mountain passes. On top of Jungfraujoch, experience the magic of the mountains at the Sphinx Terrace. See the breathtaking Jungfrau Peak and the awesome Aletsch Glacier. Also, visit the Ice Palace, where you see a beautiful display of sculptures made of ice, while being encased in ice yourself. Enjoy an Indian vegetarian lunch on top. Send a postcard to your friends and relatives from Europe’s highest altitude Post office with its own special postmark. Later, we proceed to Interlaken, one of Switzerland’s best known health and pleasure resorts.

Day 6: Day Free
Suggested Excursion: Mount Titlis with Cliff Walk
and Lucerne

After a continental breakfast, the day is free OR we suggest a visit to Mt. Titlis, which at 10,000 ft is the highest peak in Central Switzerland. As you journey to Mt. Titlis in two different cable cars, you will be amazed as the scenery changes from green meadows, scenic lakes to snow clad mountains. The last leg of the ascent will be in the world’s first rotating cable car called the ‘Titlis Rotair’. At the Terrace on top of the Mt. Titlis summit station, weather permitting, you could take a stroll on the latest attraction at Mt.Titlis -The Cliff Walk. Enjoy an Indian Lunch. Next, we proceed for an orientation tour of Lucerne, one of the six most frequently visited cities in the World. See the Lion Monument, ‘Lowendenkmal’ hewn from a limestone cliff to commemorate the bravery and loyalty of Swiss Guards. You may take a stroll across the Kappelbrucke- the world’s oldest covered wooden bridge, originally built in 1333 over the Reuss river. You have free time at Schwanenplatz to shop for Swiss army knives, chocolates, watches, souvenirs, etc.

Day 7: Drive to Paris
Suggested Excursion: Evening in Paris – Paradis
Latin Show and an Illumination Tour of Paris

After a continental breakfast, we check-out and proceed to Paris. On arrival, we check into the hotel.
The evening is free OR we suggest an ‘Evening in Paris’ that includes Champagne and great entertainment at the Paradis Latin show. See the finest combination of beauty, rhythm and gaiety. Experience the charm of striking ballets, shimmering costumes and talented dance troupes. After the show, we take you on an Illumination tour of Paris. See the famous landmarks of Paris – the city of lights, magically lit up. A perfect end to this beautiful evening!!! Overnight at the hotel in Paris.

Day 8: Day Free
Suggested Excursion to Disneyland

After a continental breakfast, the day is free to explore Paris on your own OR we suggest a visit to Disneyland. Get charmed by Cinderella’scastle. Take an exciting roller coaster ride down the Thunder Mountain. Visit Fantasyland and meet Alice in Wonderland, Pinocchio, Peter Pan and
Snow White. Get thrilled by the legends of Aladdin and Indiana Jones at Adventureland. Ridea space shuttle to the moon at Discovery land.Encounter Ghost Ships, Steam trains and Western scenes in the Wild West town of Frontierland. Overnight at the hotel in Paris.

Day 9: Guided City Tour of Paris
Visit to Eiffel Tower – Level II
Return Home with Wonderful Memories

After a continental breakfast, we check out and we proceed to a guided panoramic city tour of Paris. See Place de la Concorde, the majestic Arc de Triomphe, the fashionable Champs Elysees and the magnificent Opera House. Later, we visit Eiffel Tower, the symbol of Paris,where a bird’s eye view from the 2nd level will leave you breathless.!! Later, drive to the airport for your flight back home.
